Put your name on the most accurate small-engine reference on the web.
We’re building the definitive technical reference for Kohler/Rehlko, Kawasaki, Briggs & Stratton, Honda and the Hydro-Gear/Tuff Torq drive systems they power. Every page is verified by a certified instructor or master technician before it publishes.
Who we are
Engine Supply is a specialist distributor of small engines and the drive systems they power: Kohler/Rehlko, Kawasaki, Briggs & Stratton/Vanguard, Honda and Kubota/Yanmar diesel; Hydro-Gear, Tuff Torq, Parker and Peerless; and the service parts that keep them running.
We sell them, cross-reference them, and document them properly: specs, fitment, supersessions and the answers a mechanic actually needs, on the product page where they’re needed. Built for mechanics, dealers, landscapers, fleets and owners who are done guessing.
enginesupply.com opens in early 2027. The Technical Review Board is how we make sure every page is right before it goes live: a working instructor or master technician checks it, and their name goes on it.

One question, one checked answer
What size crankshaft does the Kohler CV742-3051 have?
The Kohler CV742-3051 has a 1-1/8 in. diameter by 4-5/16 in. long vertical crankshaft with a 1/4 in. keyway and a 7/16-20 tapped end. The Kohler crankshaft part number for this spec is 24 014 207-S. Some retail listings round the length to 4-3/8 in. or 4.46 in., so measure from the closure plate mounting face to the end of the shaft on the engine being replaced. The engine mounts on the standard Kohler four-bolt pattern.
